Jenny Freedman
Clinical Psychologist
Jenny worked for many years in community mental health and addiction services and has been a program creator, clinical leader and a supervisor. Throughout her career she has specialised in working with trauma survivors. Jenny is interested in culture, spirituality and ritual and their place in people's lives and in the therapeutic process. She enjoys working with people committed to growth. Jenny's work is supportive and validating with the aim of increasing insight, awareness, self compassion and ultimately leading to the changes people wish for. She often focusses on the way family or origin and early childhood, including attachment, shape and impact on adults and their relationships. Jenny has a passion for supporting all people and the Queer and Ethically Non Monogamous communities in particular.
Jenny works with individuals, couples and polycules, providing online therapy, & is also available for professional consultation and supervision. She carries out assessment and diagnosis for a variety of mental health conditions as well as assessment and diagnosis of ADHD. Jenny also supports people with the informed consent process for Gender Affirming Care.
